All NFA Regulations Apply: Please be aware of the wait time and paperwork involved in obtaining a silencer before purchase. Please email us at andrew@drycreekarsenal.com with your dealers contact information (with order #) within 48 hours of purchase so we can get the transfer paperwork started. 

Law H.R.1 has passed and the $0 tax on Silencers and SBRs will go into effect, January 1, 2026.  If you would like us to hold your silencer and Form 3/4 until January, please leave us a note to "HOLD UNTIL JAN 1" in the order notes on the checkout screen.
