As a Silencer Shop Elite dealer, we are a one stop shop for all of your NFA needs. We can do your prints, picture, and help set up your trust all in one easy visit. Prints are digital and mess-free.  The entire set-up process takes about 20 minutes. 

4473 SUPPRESSOR TRANSFERS

We are also processing suppressors via 4473.  Please read the ATF Letter and FAQ provided by the ATF before buying on a 4473.  There are also 15 states where suppressors are legal but you cannot take a 4473 suppressor due to state laws in the those states.  We have a list of these in the shop.   We will require a NICS Check & your Conceal Carry Permit OR Firearm Purchase Permit.  Please check for typing errors and check expiration dates before your visit.  Keep in my Silencer Shop & Gun Owner's of America are plantiffs in the initial case, so we recommened getting a GOA membership for extra insurance.  

Due to Nebraska State laws SBRs and SBSs purchased in Nebraska will still need to go through the Form 4 process. 

 OUT OF STATE TRANSFERS (ONLINE ORDERS)

Buying online from us is a simple process, much like ordering from Silencer Shop. Just choose which FFL you would like to recieve your transfer during check-out.   

If your FFL doesn't show up, just select one close to you, and put the name and contact info for the correct FFL in the order notes.   

After that, we take care of everything else.  We will ship the silencer to your local dealer and they will handle the Certification and Form 4 approval process when it arrives OR 4473 depending on how the recieving dealer is processing.   

Please note that often times the recieving dealer will charge a transfer fee.  

We do not charge sales tax outside of Nebraska, and that charge will come off at the final step of check-out.  

RECEIVING TRANSFERS 

We are happy to recieve your transfers. 

If you're buying from another vendor, we'd be happy to try to match their pricing and have you buy directly from us to save you the transer fee.   

We do ask that when asking us to match a price you factor in shipping, taxes, and other fees.  

Transfer Prices: 

Single Handgun:  $40 

2-4 Handguns:  $60 Total 

1-2 Rifle/Shotguns: $40 Total 

3-4 Rifle/Shotguns: $60 Total 

NFA Transfers/4473 Suppressor Transfers:  $60
