Privacy Policy

At Dry Creek Arsenal, your privacy is important to us. When you visit our website drycreekarsenal.com or make a purchase, we collect certain information to help us serve you better. This includes personal details like your name, email, shipping address, payment information (handled securely by our payment partners), and the items you’ve ordered. We also collect basic technical data like your IP address and what pages you visit to help us improve our website and user experience.

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about your purchases, respond to your questions, and; if you opt in; send you occasional emails about promotions or new products. We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share it with trusted partners who help us run our website, fulfill orders, or comply with legal requirements.

Order Cancellations and Returns

NFA firearm order cancellations will incur a 35% cancellation fee and only applies to orders where the ATF transfer process (form 3 or 4) has not been started and the return request was made within 7 days of purchase. Once the ATF transfer process has been started, no refunds will be issued.  If the customer places an order that is found to not be compliant with their state and local laws and therefore requires a return there will be a 35% restocking fee. 

Incoming transfers, orders 14 days or older and those orders that have shipped do not qualify for a refund.

Accessory cancellations and returns will incur a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of order delivery in original unopened packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping fees for returns to Dry Creek Arsenal are the sole responsibility of the customer. Should the product come back with missing parts, damage or in an unsellable condition due to customer tampering or use, it may result in a higher restocking fee.

*Blemished or clearance items are considered final sale items and not eligible for return.*

Product Warranty

Manufacturing issues will be handled through the product manufacturer, not through Dry Creek Arsenal.

Defective products should not be returned to Dry Creek Arsenal without prior approval under any circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for defective products unless the product has been determined to be defective by the manufacturer and their return process has been completed. Any defects with products must be brought to our attention prior to a return. We can assist you in working with the manufacturer towards resolution, if requested.

Online Prices and Descriptions

Our online inventory changes every day. We also have a store front, so occasionally a purchase may be made in-store at the same time it is sold online.  The store front customer will be the one to recieve the item, and we will issue a refund to the online buyer.  We do our best to keep up this from happening, but we cannot guarantee that it won't happen.  We will make every effort to inform the online customer in a timely fashion, and if we are able and have incoming inventory, we will make arragements to fill the order with the online buyer ASAP.

Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item’s description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Dry Creek Arsenal will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

Delivery Information

Dry Creek Arsenal follows all local, state and federal restrictions.

All firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer.

All orders are shipped from our in-store inventory typically within 1-2 business days.  Accesories ship via USPS.  All firearms ship via UPS.  Exception is that NFA items will be shipped after proper forms have been filed and cleared.  

Dry Creek Arsenal provides a tracking number upon order processing. If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please email or call us. If a lost package is a result from a mistake by Dry Creek Arsenal, we will replace the lost parts or provide a full refund. If a lost package is the result of a USPS/UPS mistake, please contact your local USPS/UPS office. Dry Creek Arsenal cannot reimburse orders that were mis-delivered by USPS/UPS or stolen from a property.

NFA items will be held until BATFE paperwork has been approved.

SilencerShop Orders

Silencers purchased from the Silencer Shop website will not be charged a transfer or other fees if they are shipped to this location.

Silencers purchased from our inventory and the form 4 processed through Silencer Shop will incur a non-refundable $25 fee.

Abandoned Firearms

Firearms transferred to, or purchased from, Dry Creek Arsenal are considered abandoned if not disposed and or if NFA paperwork is not submitted within 180 days unless prior arrangements are made. Such firearms will be forfeited to Dry Creek Arsenal.

Abandoned firearms will be disposed of as deemed practical by Dry Creek Arsenal. The intended recipient of such firearm shall not have any recourse against Dry Creek Arsenal, its owners, agents, or successors.
