Designed for pistols, pistol caliber carbines (PCCs), and select rifle calibers, the Obsidian 9 utilizes Rugged's ADAPT™ Modular Technology, allowing users to configure the suppressor in either a full-length or compact configuration to suit different shooting applications. It is rated for 9mm, .300 Blackout subsonic, and .350 Legend (subject to manufacturer barrel length requirements).
Constructed with a hard coat anodized aluminum tube and 17-4 stainless steel baffles and mount, the Obsidian 9 is fully user-serviceable and compatible with Rugged's accessory ecosystem, including interchangeable pistons, fixed mounts, fixed barrel spacers, 3-lug mounts, and Dual Taper Mount accessories. The suppressor ships with a 1/2x28 piston and can be configured for a variety of compatible firearm platforms while maintaining compatibility with standard suppressor-height pistol sights.
