The predator 6.5 uses high early time flow rate with extremely low late time flow rate to maximize pressure stagnation relief and reduce bore jetting to create one of the most advanced bolt action optimized designs to date. The ultra-lightweight Titanium design is much appreciated when trekking into the woods or mountains. You almost forget it's there until it's time to take the shot at your target animal. With a shift towards modern 6.5 mm hunting cartridges the Predator is geared towards the high pressures the newer cartridges like 6.5 and 7mm PRC are pushing out.
